The USANA Health Sciences have showed its critics that they are wrong and that they are the best business to engage with. USANA uses multilevel marketing strategy, using its associates or marketers to sell their health products. At the same time, they are also looking to recruit other associates or members to work under them, giving other individuals the chance to earn money.
The company uses a binary compensation plan which gives awards in the form of commissionable ‘points’ for every sales volume, in which it creates a better compensation program for each of its members and associates giving USANA the edge over its competitors. The compensation program works when the points reach a certain pre-determined number, the associate or the member is then paid.
However, when the point of a member or associate didn’t reach the threshold, it will then accumulate towards the next week sales. The company requires its members and associates to generate a sales quota or points every four weeks or every month in order for them to remain and stay eligible to receive compensation.
The company is widely distributing different nutritional supplements and health supplements products that have been proven effective by various athletic teams that they have sponsored. In fact in 2006, USANA was able to sign a co-sponsorship agreement to the Sony Ericsson WTA tour for them to use USANA products as their official health supplement supplier.
USANA then became the official supplier of the two Speed Skating teams of the United States and Canada. USANA was also able to sponsor the Great Britain Short Track Speed Team, and products of USANA are also the most preferred by suppliers of Cross Country Canada. This only shows that the USANA products have the best quality in the world.
