Taking Vitamin C is good for your health but taking too much Vitamin C especially synthetic Vitamin C can have a bad effect to your kidney. It only affects your kidney if you really have a kidney problem going on already. Also, too much Vitamin could upset your stomach.

In taking medication you must also take note the things you should avoid. Like for example, taking Vitamin E with a Warfarin medication or anti-coagulant medication, it may alter the effect of the anti-coagulant drug. Also, with diseases like kidney stones or cancer, calcium supplements are not advisable. There is also some couple of vitamins you need to take note that shouldn’t be taken excessively. Iron, zinc and selenium can be toxic if taken too much. Furthermore, if you taking up zinc you should not take iron since it lessen the absorption rate of Zinc.

Vitamins works pretty well if you are using the right one. Vitamins complete the needs our body requires to make it immune from diseases and keeping it healthy. You also be able to provide your body valuable properties our bodies need when taken vitamins and mineral supplements.
