It has been proven that after our mid-thirties that the ability of our bodies to absorb nutrients from the foods we eat begins to decrease. It is important that we take care of ourselves which includes the taking of vitamin supplements and an increase in exercise. Exercise is important to maintain our physical prowess and to help our bodies with the absorption of nutrients. We have a tendency to decrease our exercise, therefore a conscious effort needs to be made to counter the natural tendencies.
